    There are two different ways to use these baked eye shadows you can use them dry or if you are afraid of fallout then use them wet, just spray a little water to the brush and wet it and for more glamorous and sheer look, the eyeshadows can be applied dry. I love to use them dry as they offer the best glamorous sparkle factor and wet one which gives more of an intense color pay off, but also makes blending shades together a tricky feat.
