Soak green gram in water for half an hour. Add a teaspoon of water, Grind and apply it on hair. Wash it with your regular shampoo after half an hour. It soften the hair, moisturize and reduces hair fall. Do it weekly once. You could see the visible result in a month.
Things to follow:
* Keep your hair clean
* Have hair wash at least twice in a week
* Don't use conditioner while having hair fall
* And don't worry about the hair fall. [It is normal to shed hair every day and the truth is we loose between 25-30 hairs on any given day. Hair that is shed falls out at the end of growth cycle. At any given time 10% of our hair is in what is called a "resting phase" and after 2-3 months resting, hair falls out and new hair grows in its place.]
