Here is the three patterns that gives different touch on salwar kameez neck

Pattern1: This is a closed collar neck pattern with contrasted color of lace work on Sleeve. The sleeve has been stitched in different style. This is similar like sleeveless pattern but look like short sleeve[Higher armhole style].

Procedure:

Draft the salwar top as usual. And draft the sleeve portion as marking shown on the picture. Cut the sleeve as per the drafting measurement.
As this method looks like sleeveless you better increase the shoulder width from standard shoulder size. Or add extra 1 inch with your shoulder length.
