Soak green gram in water for half an hour. Add a teaspoon of water, Grind and apply it on hair. Wash it with your regular shampoo after half an hour. It soften the hair, moisturize and reduces hair fall. Do it weekly once. You good see the visible result in a month.

* Keep your hair clean
* Have hair wash atleast twice in a week
* Don't use conditioner while having hair fall
* And don't worry about the hair fall. [It is normal to shed hair every day and the truth is we loose between 100-125 hairs on any given day. Hair that is shed falls out at the end of growth cycle. At any given time 10% of our hair is in what is called a "resting phase" and after 2-3 months resting, hair falls out and new hair grows in its place.]
Note: Tested on my hair. I could see the result in 2 sittings. Gives shine and helps to produce natural oil to hair. I Used to have hair wash in alternative days with 'Dove' Hair fall therapy shampoo. Result good.

I used curry leaves oilmade from boiling a bunch of ciurry lvs + its sticks 1 teaspoon methi till methi is charred n seive n store...this oil controlled my hair fall to some extent I will try dove ..........Thanks
hi durga, thanks to share your tips. I didn't mean Dove hair therapy reduced the hair fall. That's the shampoo i m using regularly. But what i feel is after use of green gram my hair fall reduced. And i found it helps in secretion oil on the hair root, which prevent dryness and dull look of the hair.
