Everybody wants to have fair and glowing skin. You can get this by regular maintenance. Skin whitening Cosmetics is very expensive. But homemade products are cheap, simple and effective. And we can get it from our kitchen shelf. We can use this homemade mask weekly twice. And no chemicals, no side effects.
Almond plays vital role in the skin whitening. Here are the few lists.
** Take few almonds and grind it well. Mix with fresh milk. Apply it on face before going to bed. Leave it for 15 min. Wash it off with running water. Use it twice a week. Regular use will give good complexion.
**Mix almond paste, egg white and few drops of lemon. Apply and leave it for 15 minutes. Within a month you can see the fairness of the skin.
** 2 teaspoon of grinded oats, egg white, one teaspoon honey and few drops of lemon. Use it as a skin whitening mask.
** Curd also skin lightener. Apply curd on face, dry it naturally and wash it off with running water
** Mix equal amount of honey, lemon juice and sugar. Apply it on the neck. Wash after 15 minutes. This will remove neck blackness.
** Apply fresh milk on face after returning home from outside. This will reduce the tan.
** Mix gram flour (baisin) and rose water. Apply it on face. Wash it off after 15 minutes. This will improve the color.
** Apply papaya and give smooth massage for 10 min. This will make your skin glowing.
Here I am giving you a beautiful and simple facial procedure using Homemade Product.
(We can use this product instead of Soap)
* Cucumber juice
* Carrot juice
* Smashed Tomato
* White sugar
* Sprout of green gram dal (Grinded)
Wash your Face with running water.
Apply Cucumber juice on face. Leave it for 10 minutes. Wash it off (it acts like a cleanser and remove tan also)
Apply Carrot juice on the face and give smooth massage for 5 minutes. And then wash it off (Carrot improve your color).
Apply Tomato and give smooth massage for 5 to 10 minutes (Hope you all know the facial procedure. Or give use your fingers and give smooth circular motion over chin, cheeks, forehead, around eyes, and nose.)
Apply white sugar on face give gentle massage. Much care about nose and chin area. (do not give harsh massage). (It acts like a scrubber which will remove whiteheads or blackheads and dead cells)
Take cup of boiled water and have steam for 3 to 5 minutes. Use whitehead remover and gently remove the whiteheads or blackheads on the nose, forehead and chin. (Steam will open the pores and it will soften the whiteheads or blackheads which will help to remove it easily)
Now apply the sprout of green gram dal (grinded) and give gentle massage for 10 minutes. You may give circular motion massage. Wash it off with running water and rub ice cube over the face which will make the pores closed.
Now see your face on the mirror. You can see the visible difference immediately. Regular use of this will make your skin fair and glow.

but is it useful for pimples also?
ReplyDeletepapaya is very effective for skin. Before 2 years there are so many pimples and its spot on my face. I rub papaya pulp on my face regularly for 15 days...resultant after 15 days my pimples and its spot were disappear magically. so try it. It will b useful.
