Why skin needs Scrubbing and best homemade scrubbing

Skin develops dead cells layer everyday. Which make the skin dull and dehydrated. Like cleansing, toning and moisturizing, scrubbing is also required. Scrubbing prevents the pores to get clogged.

Daily scrubbing make you skin harsh and dry. We can use mild scrubber for regular use. Scrubs containing papaya, apricot and vitamins A, C & E. It also protects your skin from the sun, pollution and premature ageing.

You have to select the scrub which is suitable to your skin type. Especially if you are having sensitive skin, take care about the selection of the scrubber. Wrong type may harsh your skin.

Scrubbing removes blackheads and whiteheads. And it keeps your skin healthy and fresh.
Make your regular routine as cleansing, scrubbing, toning and moisturizing. And make your skin glow.


Tips:
Mix oats, honey, ground almonds, ground walnuts. Apply it on face. Allow to dry for 10 minutes. Remove with warm washcloth. Rinse face with splash of cool water. This scrub will help exfoliate and revitalize skin.

Mix sugar and olive oil to a paste and use it as a scrub in the shower
